Is Yahoo’s similar to Google AdWords?

Google Adwords was too big to get my site a lot of traffic, and I like being in the bottom of the list for my little prora?un.Vidio me somewhere to yahoo web hosting service, Google had a similar AdWords.Re?eno me that you can set your budget, etc. Does anyone know if Yahoo has this type of service, and someone who can post a link if they do?
