how to get a blog started to sell and make adsense affiliate marketing?

I want to use AdSense earnings and affiliate marketing, and I completely lost the whole process to start. I am more hands on learner who learns best to show him how to do it, and then practiced again and again to get it right. I just started doing this, and I will follow this thread for more to join him. I just recently signed on several websites for their affiliate program, and now I’m posting links. latest affiliate program that I found a very good salary. as 10%, not great, but pristojan.Im look through the links that are posted here and think about the kick # S ad. pretty nice.
